The factory is housed in a moderate pucca building having a carpet area of 6000 sq feet and is supported by professionally qualified technocrats and highly skilled man force to design & produce Pumps for any application and to suit any process. The vital parts of the Pump are Pump mounting body screwed to the motor, the coupling adapter on which the Impeller is located and the Impeller (both open & eloped type) are made out of investment castings. We have our own infrastructure to make the investment castings. For 5HP to 10.5HP our Pumps castings are also made out of investment casting and all the other items are made out of sheet metal. The Inlet and Outlet Unions / orifices are made out of investment castings.
We are well equipped with the CNC Turning Centers for machining which assures the repeatability, reliability and interchangeability. Impellers are dynamically balanced. We have a most efficient tested consisting of flow meter (Rota Meter).
Filled Diaphragm type Pressure Gauge which assures the flow rate and the head. Our central panel is well equipped by indicate Supply voltage in all the three phases Current consumed and power consumed in Amps and KWs
